Hy24 is the world largest Clean Hydrogen focused Investment Platform, created by FiveT Hydrogen and Ardian, and fostered by large industrial players. Hy24 is a regulated Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) which today manages (i) a 2 Bn€ infrastructure fund, aimed at funding the roll-out of major hydrogen production, distribution and consumption projects, with 52 LPs (investors) coming from both the industrial and the investment space[1] and (ii) a second, smaller, fund targeting investments in technology companies across the clean hydrogen value chain, aimed at supporting the scale-up of manufacturing capacities. Hy24 gathers a team of 35 people, based in Paris, Zurich, Singapore and New York. To date, Hy24, has made, through its first fund alone, 9 major investments in different parts of the hydrogen value chain: (i) upstream, in developers of renewable hydrogen projects (Everfuel, Enagas Renovable, Hy2GEN, Elyse Energy, and InterContinental Energy), and (ii) midstream, in HRS operator H2 Mobility Germany and French H2 taxi fleet operator, Hysetco and (iii) downstream in the largest green steel producer Stegra (formerly known as H2 Green Steel). Our second fund has recently begun operating and has made two investments, in hydrogen tank manufacturer, Hexagon Purus and ammonia membrane separation technology company H2Site. Hy24 investment patterns (strong minority positions with other partners, leverage of debt and public support), help mobilize more than of 20 bn€ in Financing in the hydrogen sector. Hy24 commitment to deploy funds over the next 7 years makes it the most committed private investor in the hydrogen space.
