BlackRock France’s principal activity is to act as an AIFM for a number of Alternative Investment Funds (‘AIF’s’), predominately investing in assets of limited liquidity. With the exception of AIFs investing in Public Debt (reserved to single institutional clients), the BFS product offering is limited to illiquid solutions offered via a range of private funds, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate, credit, and multi-alternative strategies funds.
